Located towards the southern end of Kamala. If you want to lounge on sandy shores, Kamala Beach is only 400 meters away.
The local supermarket and a fresh market are within 100 meters. Go just a bit further and you’ll find many local restaurants serving Thai and European food.

Very modern and comfortable apartment in Kamala Very comfortable bright apartment. Enough space. Many shelves, a cabinet with a convenient configuration, many outlets. Beautiful balcony – wide, spacious and closed from the neighbours. Great view of the sea. The bed is comfortable, two types of pillows. All you need: dryer, ironing board, duck and more. The bathroom looks especially good – everything is very cool, with a giant mirror. The owner is very nice and there were no difficulties with checking in / out at all. Not so many minuses, but you just have to consider it. 1. Although the building is 2-3 minutes from the sea, there is no beach there and you won’t be able to swim there. The beach is a little aloof. Walk about 8-10 minutes. And there is already a good beach with sunbeds and all the necessary services. 2. The building on the 7th floor has a pool, but it is small. And, most importantly, there are 5 sunbeds near it. These are five sunbeds for residents of a 5 story hotel and 3 eight eight-story apartment buildings. Therefore, to find at least one free sunbed at a more or less convenient time is practically impossible.

The apartment was great. Location was fantastic. Just a 5-minute easy walk to the beach, just a little bit further to the sunbeds and restaurants on the beach. Oliver gave us some good tips when we arrived which was useful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Duncan’s place . The facilities were lovely and clean and the view across the beach and bay was a pleasure to wake up to each morning! Transfers were arranged for us from the airport and Oliver was there to greet us and show us through the apartment! He also gave us valuable advice on the local attractions and eateries!! Overall we had an amazing stay and should we ever return to Kamala, we will definitely book Duncan’s place again. Darrell.
