Booking Policy

How to book

Bookings can be made online via our website; alexandersphuket.com, direct email to [email protected]  or call +66 817 005 451.

What is the booking process?

  1. Enter your dates of travel, total guests and click Book Now.
  2. Enter your details and at the bottom of the page, click on “Confirm Booking”.
  3. Payment required page, choose to pay via PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer and click continue. Your booking is now complete.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is you’re completed.

Payment

The payment may be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal.

Are my credit card and bank details secure?

At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you make a booking on alexandersphuket.com, your payment details are processed securely by PayPal which has the highest possible level of SSL security. We keep a secure record of your booking details until your payment settled. After this, your payment details are not stored.

Once the payment is made, please allow 3 days transaction time, we will send confirmation of your payment.

Deposit & Final Payment

Full Payment is required if your booking is made less than 30 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival.

If more than 30 days before your arrival; a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable and remaining payment must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Once the final payment of your booking has been made, confirmation of that payment and your booking will be sent to you via email.

Security Deposits (Refundable)

We collect a security deposit of 5,000 baht for all bookings. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period in cash or by direct transfer, if there is no valued damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period or if the property is left in an untidy fashion, extra cleaning fees will apply.

Please treat the Property rented accordingly and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.

Cancelation

Any changes to your booking travel dates will be based on availability.

Cancelation of a booking may result in forfeiture of deposit and payments made based on the following:

For stays up to 90 nights, the cancellation policy is:

100% refund – If cancelled within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
50% refund – if cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in date.
0% refund – if cancelled within 30 days of check-in date.

No-Shows or Terminations

If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% of the rental fee.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: after 2:00 pm, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always try to facilitate bag storage for early arrivals.

Check out: before 12:00 pm, late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you purchase your preferred travel insurance to cover items including but not limited to: loss of booking amount through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and any medical expenses.
