2. Phad Thai

Certainly the most famous and iconic Thai street food dish, Phad Thai features noodles, eggs, fish sauce, tamarind juice, prawns, and more.

3. Phat Kraphao

A spicy and flavorful stir fry dish, made with chili, garlic, basil leaves, and a choice of minced beef, chicken, or pork. Served with steamed rice and a fried egg which makes it 10 times better.

4. Gaeng Kiaw Wan

The very popular Thai green curry can be spicy and a little sweet. Usually cooked with chicken but does also go well with beef or prawn.
