Weekly Property Visits

Weekly inspection visits from our managers are vitally important for early problem detection, checking all of the properties appliances, services and condition. Any property repairs or maintenance needed will be brought to the owners attention immediately, with quotations for replacement or repair.

During these weekly visits we will also perform a light clean of your property, this includes;

  • Airing of the rooms, Cleaning, Dusting and Polishing
  • Watering and Caring for all Plants
  • All floors are swept & cleaned
  • Testing of all Services
  • Maintaining the structure and Contents in Pristine Condition
Once monthly your property will also receive a deep clean, while performing everything above this service also includes;

  • Windows Cleaned
  • All floors are mopped
  • Bathrooms; showers, toilets, sinks etc.
  • Patios & Driveways power washed.

Organising & Hiring Contractors

For any works that need to be done by 3rd party contractors, we will endeavour to always contact you in the first instance, unless the situation warrants immediate action. We have a number of respected and well trusted vendors throughout the island that we deal with on a regular basis that produce a high standard of work. Due to the fact that we have a good relationship with all our vendors, we are also able to get prices at a very competitive and discounted rate.

Quarterly Property Updates

We provide quarterly property updates keeping you fully informed of items wear and tear and when these may need to be replaced, to assist your future budget.

Preparing for your return

Before your return we will always prepare the property for your arrival, this includes our deep cleaning service, stocking your refrigerator and any other necessary requests.
